Shipping Rates and Delivery Time:

Orders are shipped from Seattle, Washington.

Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated when you add an item to your cart and select the State to which the order is being shipped.

Expedited shipping is available. The Shopping Cart will list options and cost for UPS 3 Day, 2 Day and Next Day. If no expedited shipping option is listed, the order exceeds a predefined weight and you will have to contact us for a price quote.

Orders are filled in the order they are received. Choosing expedited shipping shortens the delivery time, not necessarily the amount of time it takes to prepare the order for shipment. The shopping cart will calculate the estimated preparation and delivery time for your order. If you have an important deadline for receiving an order, please contact us to discuss options.

We make every effort to accommodate customers with time constraints.

To purchase an item:

1. ADD the item to your cart.
2. Select the state it will be delivered to.
3. Choose Online Order or Mail Order.
4. Fill out the order form and Submit the order.


To purchase items online you must first add the item to your shopping cart by clicking "ADD" on the page describing the item.

You may change the quantity of an item when adding it to your cart or any time you view the contents of your cart.

To remove an item from your cart, change the quantity to 0 and click Change. It is possible to inadvertently add an item to your cart more than once if you use the Back and Forward buttons on your browser. If this happens, remove the extra item as described above.

When you are done adding items to your cart and wish to total your order, go to the View Cart page and select the state the order will be shipped to and click Change.

The order will be totalled and if everything is correct go to the order form by clicking the appropriate button to order online or by Mail or fax.

Placing an online order

Click the "Online Order" button to access the secure order form.

After filling in the information requested on the order form, click "Submit Order" to send the order.

Your order is kept on a secure server and an email receipt with an order number will be sent to you.

Placing an order by mail or fax

Click the "Mail Order" button to access the secure order form.

After filling in the information requested on the order form, click "Submit Order" to generate an order form which you can print and mail or fax.

Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction is important to us. That's why we offer only quality products. If you aren't satisfied with an item, return it to us and we'll replace it or refund the purchase price. Follow the instructions on the bottom of your Packing Slip.

Orders over $3,000.00 are considered final and are not refundable unless there was an error on our part or the products are defective.
