The Hybrid Trauma Kit contains the same supplies as the Standard Trauma Kit, but without the C-Collar. It's perfect for applications where greater protection of the contents is needed, but a completely waterproof kit, like the Marine Trauma Kit, is not necessary. This kit is a hybrid between a soft sided bag and hard case. The case is a soft sided structured EVA material, making it rigid for added protection of the contents. The zippers enclosing the main compartment are self-sealing and waterproof. The case is not waterproof, but highly water resistant. Molded rubber corners offer additional protection. The outside compartment has a clear plastic door with dual latches and contains the items you'll need to treat minor injuries and CPR, which means you don't have to open the main compartment every time you need the kit, offering additional protection of the contents. |
